I recieved a winning notification for the mount of 45,000. I am one of the 52 people who won apparently. I also recieved a check for $2500 which I am supposed to transfer to Mr Philip Smith (1212 90th st Niagara Falls NY) They do not ask for personal information or for any money or fees. They also always answer my phone calls. Is this a scam? The check they sent me is from a company called Austal in Mobile, Al. The Bingo Lottery Company is in Niagara falls NY with a head office in Colleyville TX. I understand that if you are asked to transfer money then its a scam but this is a check that they sent to me. I do not pay anything. The $2500 will be deducted from the $45000. Can anyone help me with this?
