I cancelled a document ages ago, but it still says that I'm cancelling the document. No matter how many times I click delete and refresh, it still doesn't go away. I've tried turning the printer on and off, and even deleted the printer. But now, it says that i'm 'deleting the printer' and it doesn't seem to want to delete. Help!
