There's definitely an art to Sit 'n Go's. Generally speaking you play very tight poker for the first few levels, and then once you get nearer the bubble, you start playing extremely aggressively, aiming to steal blinds whenever possible. People always fold because they are just trying to keep their heads down and get into the money.
