Addo Elephant National Park is set deep within the dense valley bushveld of the Sundays River region of the Eastern Cape, South Africa. It is about 72km from Port Elizabeth. The original Elephant section of the Park was proclaimed in 1931, a time when just 11 Elephant roamed the area.
