Ok - where did I go wrong here? Is this one of those s**t happens hands where I should discount the idea that the villain has flopped a FH as unlikely? Or was there a clue in the betting?

hmm I guess you did get quite unlucky, my only guess would that he has a Jack in his hand also, but I also would of thought of the possibility of him holding a pair of sixes. I'm really not sure why Villan called the raise of the start of the hand, he must be just looking for a good hand, which in the long run you will lose.
