Springbok Poker - South Africa Online Poker

Ok, I am ordering quite often various things online and can't influence which delivery company will be used to deliver my parcel. Never had problems with Royal Mail but DHL is nightmare, I was forced to use them 3x and always had problems. I was not at home when they delivered. Driver just left parcel outside my house door, without any note through my letterbox. I was lucky to find it before anyone else picked it up. No reaction on my angry email either... Next time they just left parcel with random neighbours because they were too lazy to come back later!!! Again, without any note about where my parcel is, I had to call them to ask and then try my luck with next door people. Ridiculous service and they call themselves reliable company... Any of you had similar problem, is there any point to complain and ensure that it will not happen again?
