Playing aggressive is a definitely a big no for me because I could end up loosing a lot of money in the end. If it works for you, I could say that it's not going to work on everyone else because our fate is not always the same as the other person.

With respect I think you will improve as a player if you play more agressively. Attack is the best form of defence, and poker is all about defending your hands.
The best players are tight and agressive, so they only play quality hands but very aggressively. If you don't frighten players off then they limp into the hand and have more chance of picking up their set, or flush etc.
