Just go cold turkey it's better overall. Book a holiday and use your cigarette moneybuy electronic cigarettes to fund it. It worked for me and I quit 3 years ago and gained a luxury holiday to Greece. Couldn't afford to smoke and pay for a holiday at the same time.
