I have a website that is in a unique niche. The traffic in the niche and the competition is fairly high, and I lack the facilities to hire an SEO to do the main tasks for me. In such a case, I have opted to do the keyword research myself. However, I have found that there are some low profile keywords for which the competition is very low. Is it recommended to use these keywords and try to compete for rankings? Would this be of any help? Please help me understand the right techniques to adopt. I would be very thankful.
